Thank you for last Friday's wonderful and virtuosic performance.
The concert programme was particularly challenging but you have shown us how versatile the harmonica is and that it produces beautiful music when played skillfully. We were impressed with your rendition of Leong Yoon Pin's Concert for Harmonica and bowled over by the finale piece, Roumanian Rhapsody. Your energy for the quick movements was simply amazing. I hear that our students from NUS Harmonica Orchestra were impressed with your energy and the excitement generated. While the lyrical pieces were played with great sensitivity. There is no doubt you put your heart and soul into the music and the audience responded. I should also commend your daughter Jia-lin. An elegant and accomplished pianist, her accompaniment brought out the best in your performance.

It was a pleasure meeting your family. Your lovely wife has been a source of unwavering support. You have been an inspiration to your children who are outstanding musicians and your beautiful grandchildren are also very artistic.
Thank you once again for a wonderful evening of music.
